We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location couldn't have been more perfect, right in the heart of the city center. We were surrounded by shops, restaurants, and landmarks, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy our time here. The hotel staff, particularly Jenny, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist us with everything from airport transportation to arranging a tour with an English-speaking driver. Our room was beautifully decorated, with a stunning view, and was always kept impeccably clean.

Positioned in the vibrant area. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like yu bing wei sushi that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Located right in the center of the pedestrian street, this hotel made it easy for me to find transportation and walk to nearby attractions. The hotel facilities were clean and cozy, and the staff was incredibly helpful in providing directions and suggesting places to eat. I loved the comfortable bed and quiet backyard view.

Great central location, comfortable room, helpful staff. We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this hotel. the location was perfect for our city break, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the room was spacious and comfortable, making us feel right at home. Lastly, we were impressed by the helpfulness of the staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The fact that breakfast was included and the price was great, made it even better!

Noisy hallways, outdated decor. Unfortunately, the hallways were quite noisy, which could be heard from our room at times.

This hotel has a great location right in the center of town and close to many places of interest. It's very close to the walking street, where you can find plenty of shops and restaurants. the rooms are spacious and comfortable with nice views of the tree-lined streets. the bathrooms are clean and modern, with excellent showers. the staff is helpful and friendly, and the free laundry self-service is a fantastic perk.

Email communication before arrival was great, but the staff's English skills were reportedly lacking.
